Placing an Order

• It is your responsibility to review the product description and subscription terms before confirming your order.

Subscriptions

1. Recurring Billing
• By subscribing, you agree to be charged at regular intervals (e.g., monthly, quarterly) for the selected subscription plan.
• Payment will be automatically deducted using your preferred payment method (e.g., Wave, Orange Money, MTN Money, Moov Money, credit card).
2. Renewals
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle.
3. Cancellation Policy
• You may cancel your subscription anytime through your account settings or by contacting customer service. Cancellations must be made before the next billing cycle to avoid charges.
4. Refunds
• Refunds are not provided for partially used subscription periods. However, if a box is damaged or incomplete, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund.

Pricing and Payment

1. Pricing
• Prices for subscription plans and individual products are displayed on our website and are subject to change.
• The total price includes applicable taxes and delivery fees unless otherwise stated.
2. Payment Methods
• We accept payments via Wave, Orange Money, MTN Money, Moov Money, and other supported methods.

Delivery

1. Shipping Policy
• Boxes are shipped according to your subscription frequency. Delivery times may vary based on your location.
• Shipping is currently available within Ivory Coast.
2. Delivery Issues
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. If a package is undeliverable due to incorrect details, additional charges may apply.

Returns and Exchanges

1. Damaged or Missing Items
• In the event of damaged or missing items, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your box to request a replacement or refund.
2. Non-Returnable Items
• Due to the curated nature of subscription boxes, certain items may not be eligible for return. These will be clearly indicated on the product page.

Customer Responsibilities

• Customers must ensure that account information, including payment and delivery details, is accurate and up to date.
2. Legal Use
• The platform may not be used for illegal purposes or to violate any applicable laws.

Changes to the Service

Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes will be resolved amicably whenever possible. Failing that, disputes will be subject to the laws and courts of Ivory Coast.
